      Your best bet would be to have a MISSISSIPPI notary notarize the bill of sale and title. Also get a copy or take a picture of the FRONT and REAR of the sellers drivers license. Mississippi is a non notary state when it comes to vehicle titles, but they will notarize these items for you.
