Both of my kids shot 7mm-08, and my wife still uses hers for rifle season, along with .350 legend for primitive. I have killed several deer with her rifle.
I agree with the above. Ours has to be perfectly level, and the weights have to be in the correct location. After that is done, there should be and adjustment for pendulum length, in case it is running too fast or too slow. Took me a few days to get ours dialed in after it was moved from my dads.
I was on my way to work, only 4 miles from home, when the oncoming driver fell asleep (so he claims) and decided he wanted my lane. I swerved to avoid the head on collision and he drove under me and caused the rollover (my rear tire climbed his hood). I often wonder if I would have made out...

No suggestion on shocks, but the Cooper Discoverer A/T3 is a good tire for the street and occasional off road. I'm thinking about trying Discoverer S/T Maxx next time, but probably more aggressive than I need.
Looks like early to mid 90's to me. Here is a little info copied & pasted from the internet:
Look on the left side of your vehicle's frame behind the front tire. If it is not there, you may want to check the lower frame rail beneath the engine. Your VIN is a 17-digit number that contains...
