      I agree,I believe that sometime in the 50's hunters and fishers realized that depletion and voted to tax themselves with a congressional act(Manguson??) I believe that there were less than 10,000 deer in Loseiana and now a million or so and turkeys were nowhere.I am happy to get one decent deer...

      remington 700 I have a 700 in .308 and I got a great deal on a leupold vxII 3x9x50 and i have no complaints except plastic trigger guard broke and replaced with metal..no biggie. I like the bigger objective.Leupold has a great warranty

      honey island If you have a ticket from the range,you can drive around there as much as you want.If you get stopped going to the range,tell them that you are going to the range.Chances are you won't get a ticket.But you better be on old hwy 11 going to po-boy road or on po-boy road

      Before last hunting season I got one from academy for 300 for the little woman. It had a hard case,synthetic stock,weaver 3x9x40 loosely mounted with scope covers,had a lady there boresight it for her first boresighting job ever,and she did pretty good.So,I think I got a fairly good deal
