      Crime? Big Blue Cities? Just wait until the RNC Nominating Convention in Milwaukee (July 2024) and the DNC Nominating Convention in Chicago (August 20240). But they will be "mostly peaceful," First Amendment protected "protests", no doubt. (See also: no legal consequences) <sarc>

      40 s&w debate

      I love .40S&W, but yes, 9mm seems to have seized the day. Have a G23 and several Sig Sauer 229's in .40S&W. I'll carry my G23 rather than my EDC 9mm semi when I'm in the danger zone (a nearby big blue city).

      ^Ditto. Have bought two rifles from them. Grabagun takes its time (~5-6 days) with order fulfillment, but then usually 2-day FedEx delivery. Just $7.99 to ship a firearm, plus the FFL transfer fee when you pick it up.

      Hearing aids from the VA

      I would be interested in learning "how you broke the code" to get one. I have a partial VA disability rating for partial hearing loss but have been unable to get a hearing aid. I have a nice, new VA card now though. <sarc> I have NOT involved my local Congressional "critter" yet though...
