      Supplier for holster making materials?

      I'm thinking about trying to make some kydex sheaths for a little hand axe and some misc hand tools I use for work. Does anybody who's making their own holsters have a supplier they like to use for attachment hardware i.e. belt clips, loops, etc?

      How much insulation for boots?

      I looking to buy a pair of Alphaburly's or something similar and not sure how much insulation to go with. I'm most likely only going to be using them in the 20-40 degree range with about 5-20 min hikes to the stand. Is 1200 grams too much insulation?
