I run a Vortex Viper RMR on my G 34 for steel plate, and have a buckmark with a Viper RMR for Steel plate practice with cheap 22 ammo. I am debating putting a Trijicon RMR on a 19 for concealed carry.
I was of the understanding that if a private business or residence posted no weapons allowed that it was illegal to carry in those locations? Am I mistaken?
For me it is totally worth it. I enjoy long range rifle and steel pistol. Its close to home, the members are friendly, movement is allowed. Whats not to like? Finding a place close to NOLA that you can shoot past 300 yards is a huge incentive to me.
