      Need Winchester 296 Powder help

      I have a bunch of 296 powder that I want to use to load mid-range 44-mag ammo. I know that 296 is usually used for full-power loads and can be finicky in reduced loads.       Hello from the city of Central, Louisiana

      Though new to the forum, I'm an old guy who has been involved with firearms since I was knee high to a duck. Growing up in the country, firearms were an essential part of everyday life. I shoot a wide variety of revolvers and pistols, but I primarily reload for .44 and .45 revolvers.
