I’d say Redstick and Slingin Iron are some of the better ones. Both guys that run them are very accomplished Olympic lifters outside of the CrossFit world.
I’d like to add that fasting intermittently isn’t a short term fix or something that’s done periodically (although people misuse it for those purposes).
