I don't think it should freakin matter. It's a knife, I see no reason why only police, fire, and ems should only be allowed to carry this. That's a BS law if it's true.
yeah, definitely build it yourself, it's much cheaper than buying one that's pre-assembled. Just follow this guide and watch the second video on this page.
Luckily, I can just buy another upper and throw that one on for practice, then keep the .223 upper on for when the zombies come. But i've got a pretty good stockpile of .223, enough to get me to the next nearest sotckpile if I'm trigger happy.

Sure, he's got plenty of ammo, but does he have the mags to fit all that ammo in? Seriously, what's the point in having all that ammo "to be prepared" if you're just gonna have to stop and reload the same 5 mags?
If this happened to me, I wouldn't care how how it was or how long it took. And if the officer refuses to call his supervisor, call dispatch and ask that they send the supervisor. Aren't LEOs required to call a supervisor if you ask?
