Amending a Trust .

My son needs to do a change of address on his NFA Trust . I talked to a guy at FRC that said you are not required to notify ATF as long as you don't move out of State , but the actual Trust would need to be changed by an Attorney .
Has anyone here done this ?

Don't need an attorney. Just a notary to Notarize the amendment.
