This morning I mixed up the ingredients for tonight dinner. Salmon patties or fish cakes.

Since the weather was nice out this afternoon I decided to cook these outside on the Weber griddle. This is a nice griddle! I used to have a Blackstone 22" portable one but upgraded Got a deal on this Weber that was too good to pass up.

Served with steamed broccoli and mac and cheese.
Broccoli was pretty simple with Parmesan cheese, butter and a Calabrian chili, roasted garlic and Parmesan cheese seasoning.

    Pretty darn good meal!!!!!

Man I love salmon patties! My mom made them all the time when I was a kid. I found a recipe last summer for garfish patties but I done it with catfish. Bake the fish until done and add Mayo, ritz crackers, a little Tony’s, pepper and onion and an egg. Then throw them on the grill to brown them. Absolutely delicious. I also add a little chopped shrimp.

I made these using Stove Top Stuffing mix. Usually the wife makes them and puts potatoes in them. These weren't too bad!
