Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos

Still Lent so I made Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos for dinner on this glorious Friday.
I thought we had smaller soft flour tortillas at home so I didn't get any when I was at the grocery. Turns out they were 8" tortillas. Oh well, They still worked out for the tacos.

The tacos had some crunchy and spicy slaw, Cotija cheese, Bang Bang sauce and fresh squeezed lime juice. Made some Spanish rice and opened a can of refried beans.

Damn you!!! I just came home from dinner and now I'm hungry again!!

Looks Awesome! I fried onion rings, shrimp and fish (from last years charter). Didn't take pictures.

I also gave up drinking for lent. Come Easter Sunday I will be ready for a glass of wine or beer.
