Boiled Crawfish

Alright, I have 1 sack and a plethora of seasonings.


I want to know the right way to get something spicy but not keep you from enjoying more than a few bites.

Suggestions?

one bag of seasoning, one bottle of liquid boil and a bottle of cayenne/ per sack

dont forget to salt and purge the crawfish before boiling....

This is the stuff I use and I have tried most of them and it is the best that I have used. Just follow directions on package and add the amount of salt you like. It is not too hot.

Boil the seasonings in the water for quite a while to mix the flavors before adding the crawfish.
