Nice looking pistol, although I'm not a big fan of rails on carry guns. Guns.com has them in stock for the low low price of $2,576.00. I think I'll pass, but I'd love to hear a range report if you happen to buy one. I do love my Dan Wessons.

They can be found for 2k..few shops had them at $1900.

That's how I am about it. I like looking at the pictures of different slide cuts but I can't ever bring myself to send one in to get it done. Nothing has been done to my AO1-LD and when I ordered my 97b I was asked if I wanted anything done to the slide . I wanted to say yes but I didn't.lol....

This is my only foray into slide cuts.

Also my first rail gun. When it comes to 1911's I seem to go towards traditional. None of my CZ's are cut either. But both brands make really accurate pistols so how could a combo of both be any less???

Nice custom work, but like you both said, not really for me. As a JMB Devotee, it was hard to admit my Shadow 2 made me slobber. But this gun... my Shadow 2 mated with my Prodigy!

I will get a DWX and play with it as is. I do have fun with the red dots, but only have then on three pistols.

I have a feeling that the dots are an inevitable must at some point in my future. I have gone to them for bullseye shooting to be competitive and have an RMR on my P-01 house gun. The P-01 shoots like a surgical laser!

My Shadow 2 and PM7 finally delivered their love child today. I will give a range report soon, but right now I can tell you this thing is gorgeous. Craftsmanship in a production gun is sometimes hard to find, but this one is clean! I think I will let the pics speak for themselves, and answer any questions if they pop up.

Reads a hint above 4# on every trigger pull. More about that after I shoot it a bit.

It takes the CZ Shadow 2 mags.
