Just realized the last post in here was over a year ago :eek3:

Anyway, Daniel's still plating, and doing it well. I found him here after being "referred" to by a co-worker (he couldn't remember specifics, just that "there's a guy down in St. Amant.....) and after a few emails drove down to drop off some work for him. After recently buying a G23, my wife wanted a G27, but "girly-fied" what'r ya gonna do?

The lighting's throwing both off, the true color is somewhere inbetween those two pics, but the end result is that the job turned out awesome. Real good price, and no delays at all. He asked for 2-3 weeks, think he was closer to the 2 than the 3. He was always in contact, despite his workload and primary job, can't say enough for his enthusiasm and professionalism.

That same co-worker, when I told him what I was up to, asked me to bring Daniel the slide from his M&P .40 to plate in an Olive Green TR Gunkote. He was likewise really happy with the finished product, and price:

It's blurry cuz he took the pic immediately after picking it up lol, driving down the road, but it's the perfect "personalization" for his tastes.

And lastly, my boss, a bit more gun-consumed than most, asked me to also bring Daniel the barrel out of his .308 to coat in that same Olive Green TR, to match the grip and stock he previously purchased:

Hope y'all enjoyed a little "gun porn", and don't tell my wife about her baby, she doesn't know I've got it for her yet :ninja:

He's supposed to send me a pic of the assembled rifle. Will remind him tomorrow. :)
