    Favorite for what?

AR-15 for a nice overall package - super versatile

I have had a ton of fun with .22LR - Kimber 82G, Russian Biathlon Basic, Marlin 60, Ruger 10/22, Nylon 66 and few more that belong to other people.
AR15, M1 Garand, M1 carbine - Service Rifles are fun - Service Rifle Matches are 'funner'
Bolt guns @ mid-range - relatively simple package
Air Rifles - @ home, cheap & effective training tool

    That’s not a fair question….or maybe it’s just me.
AR, AK, FN FAL, Galil, SCAR, if we’re talking battle rifles.
Bolt guns? Ruger M77, Weatherby MKV, Sako…hard question.

Unlike wives you can have more than one…I have too many to pick from.
A few are: Cooper 218 Mashburn Bee (very accurate and beautiful wood), Winchester 1886 40-82 lever action that my father picked up in a trade MANY years ago, a nice 1903A4, and of course my first rifle a Winchester model 70 in 30-06.

Idk, not that it was very smart, but I’ve had a few wives, lol.

I'm gonna narrow it down to 2 rifles I actually have in my possession. My 580 series Mini-14 and 30. Tack drivers they are not, but for farm purposes they have never let me down. I've taken more hogs and coyotes with these two than any other gun I own. Just something about the way they shoulder and line up for fast shots feels so right to me I rarely consider throwing anything else in the UTV when I go about my daily property patrols.
