    1.5 cups Chicken Stock
    1 quart heavy cream
2 - 3 TBSP Tony Chachere's (more or less depending on taste)
1 Cup Grits (Old fashioned, not instant or quick 5-minute)
    4 oz Smoked Gouda Cheese

Combine stock, cream and seasoning in a stock pot and bring to a simmer. Whisk in 1 cup grits a little at a time until thick. Shred your cheese and fold it in a little at a time.

    Servings (alot).

Those who don't like grits usually like this. I've nick named them 10 pound grits because... well... you'll eat the whole pot and gain about 10 pounds.:eek3:
