    So I know the ole elec turkey cutter can’t be the way to go still, need to cut foam for my competition rig and accessories. Tips? Or someone local to Baton Rouge that does these with like a laser scan or something ?

    Hot Knife. Harbor Freight has one for $15.00. there are more professional rigs available, but $15 sounds like something worth trying. Maybe even a soldering iron, if the cuts aren't too deep.

    Cool gonna check that out, looks like hobby lobby also has a hot wire knife with different heads/tips. Guess I can always Amazon replacement foam when I mess this up lol

    Have you looked into kaizen foam. Home Depot has different thicknesses at a reasonable price. I large box cutter will cut it easily. And the layers will help create different depths if needed.

    I used kiazan foam from Amazon and used a soldering iron. First try was not perfect but......

    a hot wire knife kit from hobby lobby, as a Marine im sure i used the the wrong tool/intended use but got the desired outcome.
