HELP regarding food grade bucket mylar bags and 02 absorbers storage Add PollNew Topi

I picked up some food grade safe 5 gallon buckets and I will be picking up some mylar bags and 02 absorbers. The buckets do not have any gaskets in the lids. What are the steps I follow to properly store and seal the food?

Put food in milar.

Add approporate O2 absorbers and squeeze out as much air as possible.

Seal Milar with Iron.

Make SURE there are no air gaps due to creases.

Put on lid.

You may want to look into a vaccum packer.
