Just a Little Louisiana Charcuterie Lunch

After getting an oil change this morning I went to Terranova's Supermarket, a New Orleans local Italian Grocery for some good Italian sausage and couldn't resist getting some of their Hogshead Cheese.
So, I'm having that with some saltine crackers and a cold beer.

Super meaty with a nice spice to it!

Oh, and I also picked up one of their stuffed artichokes for later. Mmmmmm.......!!!!!!​

Best hog’s head cheese I’ve ever had was from T-Jim’s Grocery in Cottonport Louisiana. If for any reason you’re in the area you must stop in. It’s small and of questionable virtue by sight alone but the quality is there.
