    Anyone want to guess what it is? :rolleyes:

    Marinated it for 24 hours in Italian dressing and Worcestershire sauce. Then added the seasoning seen in the photo right before going on the pit.

    How big was the deer?

    All I have is 2 pork tenderloins in the smoker. Should be done about supper time, but I'm willing to trade.
