Sure has the look of an old Case knife. But if it was, I believe it would say so. So… This message is no help to you, my apologies.

It looks like there may be writing on the rectangle on the handle. Can any of it be read? As was asked, is there any writing on the blade? Do you have the actual knife? The picture looks like a screenshot from an auction site.
