    The old Lyman Cast manual, the Lyman 48th, or the Lyman 49th.
    The Cast, and 48th edition has more than 49th.
    Amazon or eBay shoukd have the older ones like Lyman Cast Book or 48th

    Might have to work inbetween the 200 and 220… IDK i usually like to keep my hardcast under 1200 ft./s to reduce leading, usually stick with tight group or trail boss for my hard cast , but don’t see no load data for those two powders
