Long range.... range

How far am I going to have to go to get past 800yds? Looking for 1000+ preferably 1500+?

Long range alley is the only 1000 yard range in louisiana. It's about 20 minutes south of Shreveport

Yeah... that's what I was thinking I would have to do. That's a long drive to go shooting, just want to be able to stretch out the rifle. 800yds is nearly a waste of 338L rounds

Hah! What do you mean by that? 15 years in and I don't see how they are gonna help. They just moved me from the one place I could shoot past 1000.

i shoot at gunline in canton MS. its to 1k, its a little trek but the guys/gals out there are great

Kenny @cut off range complex has the ability to go to like 930-950 I think. He has it regulated down to 800 while making berm adjustments. Hopefully it opens to that distance in the near future.
