Greetings,
I’m from Denham Springs, 30 years old and I am also new to guns. I’ve shot a few times over the years with family and such but honestly have always been a little nervous because I have never had someone properly show me the ropes (immediate family are not gun people).
My reason for wanting to joining this group is
1) education, I have already learned a lot reading through these forums
2) recently got a job/ started a business in the Baton Rouge area and I feel like having a better way to protect my self is necessary
3) the world seems a little crazier everyday so I would like to be prepared and properly trained and confident if SHTF.
I do own a few guns already, 10/22, two .22 revolvers, LC9, hunting rifle. Hoping to soon purchase a home defense 12 ga, and a full size 9mm.
Happy to be here and if anyone has some advice or ever wants to go shoot and pass on some knowledge, I would be very grateful!
