NFA Trust procedure in Louisiana?

As I understand it, you can't use Quicken Willmaker to create a trust to send it in with a form 4 to purchase any Class III items so I ask you guys... What's the best way? A lawyer? Self-draft?

The problem is willmaker doesn't make a trust for Louisiana.
