Question about Nicks shooting range

Is Nicks a membership range?

They have memberships. You don't need one though.

Last I heard the Corp of Engineers was working in the area behind the berm. They were closed sometimes because of that. I would definitely call to make sure they are open before I drove there.

Still only open on weekends, we went Saturday.

Both. They have a membership, but you can also pay by the day. The levee work causes them to close on weekdays, but they are open on Saturday and Sunday. The levee is passing about 200 yards behind the berm. They also shoot their Thursday evening and Sunday morning matches. On holidays, if the workers aren't there, they are able to open. They announce it on their Facebook page when they are able to open. The gun shop is open during the week.
