Remington 870 "Shorty" Muzzle Break

Thinking about putting this muzzle brake on a Shorty 870 I put together a few years ago. It shoots well but recoil is pretty stout.
Anyone seen these before or ever heard of them?
I also posted a pic of the shotgun.
Any thoughts or ideas?

Sure wish someone had some experience or knowledge on this muzzle brake. I really hate going into this blind, especially since these things run about $70 each.
Gonna have to think on this for awhile.

I have no experience with a shotgun comp, but based on other experience, you will likely gain some recoil control and also gain a non-insignificant amount of redirected muzzle blast and noise. Probably fine at the range. Maybe not so much at home in the dark? Just speculating. I could be wrong.

I'm guessing you haven't gotten yours yet. I'm really curious if this will fit a cut 870 barrel or not. Mine is chopped to 18" so I'm not sure if will still fit the diameter or not.
