Revised review on SOG sogfari 18" blade machette WTF!

The first time I tried my SOGFARI machette it cut great, no problems at all. Well today, I used it a little more than I did the first time. I was cutting away branches, small brush, and vines. When I was finished, I looked at the blade, and see chunks of the blade missing. WTF? I emailed SOG and sent them these pictures. Lets see what they say about their lifetime warrenty.

Not good. I know some of the SOG products are made in the USA, but some aren't. Does this one say?

They will send you another if you send them the pics. I've done it and I know some guys at bladeforums that had to do the same....some didn't even send pics.

I stay in the woods alot and had to stop buying these machetes when I got tired of sending them back or throwing them away.
I bought a junglas and this damn thing may very well be around when I'm gone. It fits perfect on the outside of my Sitka gearslinger.
