I've been training in Boxing & Muay Thai(Thai Boxing) since 2001 at its new and old locations.
Russell has been in Baton Rouge for the past 30 years, some of you may know him or know of him. This is a great place to train, though we mostly look for fighters we will welcome anyone who wants to -train hard-. Assholes will be eliminated/filtered out.
We've got a 7 time World Champion fighting out of California, Russell is a 3 time World Champion, and we've got several world class fighters and martial artists around the world, mostly in the great state of Louisiana.
There is 1 competitor gym in the city, every single striking trainer there is a -reject- from Russell's school except for the BJJ instructor.
We are strikers only, though we welcome submission fighters & trainers to our school.
Elbows, Knees, Fists, Feet, and the Brain...those are our weapons of choice.
Russell can also teach Keichu-Do(Invented in Louisiana by Soke Karl Marx Sr.), Ninjitsu, Assassination and Killing blow techniques, and -all- weapon forms to master-grandmaster levels, as well as Japanese Jujitsu.
