This was so good the last time I made it I had to do it again.
It was a hot one this evening but I still did this outside on the Weber griddle with the help of a cold Coor's beer.
Had a few sauces to go with his, an avocado hot sauce, hot mustard and sweet & sour sauce.
With more Thai Bird peppers than needed in the recipe the sweet & sour is nice to tame the heat.
Also had some chicken potstickers with the fried rice.
