    Dang. Wonder if they could have grabbed him in any other place, rather than having to go into his home where he had the advantage?

    I hear this brought up a lot. I think people don’t understand that most departments don’t have the manpower to stake out houses for every person with a warrant. Most of the time you are notified someone has a felony warrant at this address and you take a few guys and go to the residence and see if you can pick him up. There is no way I could send guys to stake out a house to try and catch them when they leave etc
