Navy Beans and Biscuits

Earlier today I put some Navy beans on to cook for dinner this evening.

Those big leaves are fresh bay leaves from my tree in the yard.

Annnnnd.... They're done!

Some homemade biscuits waiting to go in the oven.
I decided to use the square biscuit cutter today.

Done!

These came out amazing!!!

Mmmmm.....!!!!!

So did we. My wife included a turkey leg and beef sausage in her recipe. Did hush puppies instead of cornbread.
