    No, a class a permit is a bar that you need to be 18+ to enter. A class a restaurant permit is totally different.

    Yea, this. I might be getting the name wrong. Class AG is the proper name of it. That's what a casino has and that is what would prevent you from carrying on the casino floor. The law states that possession of a firearm on the premises is illegal, concealed carry or not.
