ccw application question

I have a quick question for you experts. About a year ago me and the wife took a local ccw class but life got busy and we never submitted the application. Is there a time limit on the training class before you have to retrain?

Feel free to school me on the paperwork side, can I do everything electronically?

Correct. Your "proof of training certificate" is good for one year from the date issued.

Do it all online and go directly to LSP and do the fingerprints there. That is the best way.

Time before last when I renewed my CHP I never notice on my training certificate that the date doubled stamped and was hard to read.
So I sent it all off and LSP sent it back to me. Then I saw the problem and had to chase down the instructor to get another one to send LSP.
So make sure you check it before sending and don't do like me.

That bites! I have seen where some sheriffs departments are doing the class for free, maybe you can find one and save a few bucks.
