I have a 5.45 AR. What would it take to make it select fire (3rd, full, semi)? I am asking dollar wise, legal wise, parts wise, and time wise.

    Thanks in advance

Parts wise and time wise, you'd need an auto sear, and M16 FCG and however long it took you to mark out and drill a hole.

Legal wise, You have a couple choices. The above is obviously illegal, and will cost the most if you get caught. You could get an SOT and make all the ones you want, but you have to keep up your license to keep the guns you make, or you could buy a Lighning Link. THey are the cheapest, Legal, Select fire conversion available. I believe M60Joe can get a LL to run true select fire, not just Safe/Full auto.

Yes, have many friends with legally owned class III, I am just worried about my ADHD, reading comprehension problems, loads of paperwork, and a rogue Fed Agent, its just easier to continue with semi-auto fun guns, just saying, and for the record, not quite sure if prison anal rape can cause colon cancer, LMAO

Not everyone that owns C3 does it for hordes of zombies, tactical war craft, or even accuracy. Some do it just cause they love the feel and sound of so many F#@*N rds going off so F#@*N fast
