Some that wear AIWB say a G19 with a longer slide and holster works better than the G26 with a shorter slide and holster.
+1
I won't do it, but I know of a few people that have butchered their 17's down to a 19's grip length.

I carry my 19 everyday in an Off The Grid appendix. Very minimal and tuckable. I usually wear untucked dress shirts, but have tucked them in just to see how it works and it conceals fine. A G26 would be even easier. Only thing that shows is one small barely noticeable belt clip.

interesting. appreciate the tip, ill look into that.
Re: those posting about crossbreed. The reviews are all fantastic, but my issue with the crossbreed is the decorated belt clips that almost invite someone to ask about them.
I've always like the Comptac MTAC a little more than the Crossbreed. Higher quality overall, and multiple low profile belt clips to choose from (all tuckable). I wore an MTAC for years, and still use it sometimes although I'm spoiled by the quick on/off of the OTG rig. The MTAC os a great choice for commited all day carry though.
Did you look at the holsters offered by JM Custom Kydex?

I did, as good as it looks it still has the issue of a huge belt clip that would beg attention. Really need a tuckable option that's a minimalist. The mtac is covered by the belt, so thats a huge plus.
Choose leather soft loops over scuba webbing/rubber soft loops. You can choose a matching color to your belt. When the commies ask what it is, tell them it's a belt keeper.
ah nicely done. my experience is more in tuned with "i dont know what it is... maybe its f* you?" Probably wouldnt go over too well on a business trip. Point noted. The MTAC hides behind the belt so thats a huge plus in my book.
the ONE time, ever, that I was made at the office (which isnt a big deal), "the new guy" asked what my belt clip was. I asked him if he was going to continue staring at my crotch, or continue the meeting. Was never asked again. I'd rather not get asked at all on trips to commie-usa. It'd just set an awkward tone when we are there visiting affiliates and suppliers etc, if they were to point it out the way my office clown did. (cali and chicago both on list)
You can always be a super office dork, like some guys in my office, and wear the phone belt holster
One option I'm considering is this: taking a handful of my button downs to my tailor and having her hem the bottoms so that they are appropriate length while untucked. This with appropriate pants will fit the business casual well enough, and anything more formal I could get away with a sport coat anyway.
That's my solution. Untucked button down. Then I jump to sport coat if I tuck in (no pun intended). Haven't had an occasion yet that wasn't suited by those two options.
I do have an iphone 6 plus... could hide straps, gun, spare mag, and backup gun.
The idea of using said nerd holster to hide gun straps is actually genius. I'm going to start looking for that.
great job. from first pic i figured youd have a sub compact or something going on.
