What do you see when looking at your neighbors?

In a SHTF situation,Who around you could you count on or trust ?
The old guy with a garden ?.
Young couple with kid's.?
Retired LOE/Ex military?
Teen's down the block living with a divorced mom..?
Who would turn into Zombie's..?
Who are the sheep with no real skill's..?.
Point being in YOUR neighborhood..Who would be an asset and who is useless..?

I don't know/trust anyone in my apartment complex. That being said, I would pack up and leave immediately.

I would not count on any of my neighbors. Not that they aren't nice people. Just couldn't help in a SHTF situation. Oddly though I've had a few of them tell me that if something happens at their house they are calling the cops then hanging up and calling me since I'm closer.

Just go ahead and shoot most of them. Gotta leave the bodies in the street to scare off any outsiders, maybe pile them up with a "No Trespassing" sign at the front of the neighborhood.

OK I think we need to go back to the 60's, were I grew up we had the sheriffs possie, I guess thats how you spell it, my dad was a sheriff dep. and everyone was envolved with the police dept.every body helped out... I know i'm going back to old days, but, it was some very secure days, no one locked their doors, no windows were closed, mainly cus no one had air conditioning,every body knew every one that lived within a 2 block area, and every one cared for every one else...and fresh milk was delivered to your door and Doctors made house visits...sounds crazy but thats how it was, the 50 and 60's...and the music was great too!!!

I get the idea that if your on this site...You may have a few weapon's for Zombie asshat's and perhap's by nature and location a food supply to last a week or two perhap's.? A little back-up from the neighbor's is a good thing !!!

You really got me thinking, A few years ago we had some great neighbors that I feel we could trust, weapons handling may not be the best but they were good people. Now days I think there is only a few I would trust to be (more) armed.
