      Yes, but LRS 14:63E doesn't really apply here. You say free security, I say free harassment of the churches members. They can and should Park in the states right of way if they are asked not to park at the church, IMO.

      Maybe we need to propose a new way to license people for now... *Online test only, maybe 50 questions, about when it's legal and not legal to use deadly force (this is the main benefit for the class). Even if they cheat on the test, they will have had to read the correct answer. *If possible...

      2 or 3, depending on the range and the plan for the day. I am usually going with the intent to get better at "X" for the day with some 'fun' mixed in to keep myself interested.
