Under 21 carrying a pistol?

Legality of Knives
Okay, someone in another thread posted that fixed blade knives are illegal in the state of Louisiana. My wife carries a small fixed blade knife, the blade is 4inches and the knife itself is 8 inches. Is this illegal and can someone point me to the proper law? Thanks!- BRLAShooter
