      Gloves, Quicklot, tourniquet. That's bare minimum to me, but in a severe wreck that's what you need to keep a person from bleeding out before the pros show up.

      Received in the mail today. Originally submitted 1/4. Submitted electronically, mailed in prints. Start to finish four months.

      And how do you account for me and my father's permit applications? Done online, ONLY the prints mailed, his took about three and a half months mine took four? There is no reason it should take thirty additional days to receive a piece of paper and do data entry. None.

      I submitted electronically, just mailed my prints. Right at four months from start to Approved, now just waiting on my permit to come in the mail.
