Covington Walmart, most ammunition I've seen in a few weeks. Get in there quick cause it's going as fast as they can pull it out of the boxes. They have .40, 9 millimeter .223 7.56 and .22 long rifle.

Thanks for the heads up. Just grabbed 3 boxes of 9mm. They're out of .22. I saw some Tula 9mm Tula 223 and about 6 more boxes of federal 9mm. Some 40 and I think 762x39 too. Good luck guys they're real strict on the 3 box thing.

FYI the reviews in the colt 22 are not good. They do not even make the rifle. Cycling issues and build quality is not that of there AR-15s

Just left Lafayette shooter and they still have a ton of ammo limit one box per caliber.
100 rd American eagle for $50
20 federal golf Sierra match for $35
20 American eagle 308 for $16
A bunch of other ammo too but those were all I looked at. Also it is a one box limit so you can only buy 20 rds of federal 5.56 or one box of 100 American eagle.

yeah my son had one. It did work ok with cci mini mags but still hung up every once in awhile

I'm pretty sure someone may have brought this up, but just I'm case nobody has there is a site Gunbot.net that tracks stock of ammo from different online retailers. You can set a price limit per round, and when ammo within your price range becomes available, an alarm/chime will go off and give you a link to that particular retailer. For example: my price limit for .222/5.56 is $.40 a round. When a retailer posts ammo within that range, I get signaled and click on the link.. I've been pretty successful with it and it beats burning gas rising all over for ammo. Hope this helps someone

Lafayette Shooters still up on all kinds of ammo. Picked up 40.Cal Its two boxes if they are different grains. I was surprised by that. Thought it was one box per caliber.
