Brand new, never been pitched. This tent won a Backpacker Magazine award for its class in 2012. I've used this exact model down here and in the mountains for years...excellent ventilation and air flow, but shuts down tight when it's cold or when it rains. This is a tent you can bet your life on, as I have on many stormy winter nights in the mountains. It sets up in about 3 minutes. It's very comfortable in the summer, and in the winter until the temps get down in the teens...that's when I break out my serious 4 season tent.
