4 Hour Unarmed Self Defense Course in BR NEXT SATURDAY

A good friend and former training partner of mine is giving a short unarmed class next Saturday, 14 May 2011.

Cost is a whopping ten bucks. Start time is 1100 and class will run +/- 4 hours.

It's going to be held at the North Sherwood Forest Community Park. Address is 3140 North Sherwood Drive, Baton Rouge, LA.
