45 acp Winchester 231 max powder load

I loaded up some 45 acp last night with Winchester 231 powder, bayou bullets 230 round nose, cci 300 primers and set the oal to 1.265. I have a chart with my lee dies that says 5.3 is the max 231 load. Now I also have a Speer manual that lists 5.6 as the max 231 load with lead bullets. So anyone know what one is right? Or any recommendations? Right now I just loaded up 40 rounds using 10 rounds each with 4.6, 4.8, 5.0, and 5.2.

Well after running through my first test batch I settled in on 5.2. It was noticeably more accurate than my other loads.
