I believe walmart in walker has some or can order them. Bayou Pawn in Walker and BJ Pawn or Pelican Pawn has them as well. Denham Walmart may have them also.
Also check out Academy and Academy is carrying the ammo. The Hornady Super Performance ammo is about the cheapest at $30/box.
We have them in stock up here in Monroe/Bastrop. CVA has a fluted stainless rig that looks awesome and gets good reviews for about the same price...just a few bucks more. I have found a slip on gel pad for mine that really tames the mule-like kick.
I got mine dialed in with the hornady Superperformance ammo and a Limbsaver pad works wonders. I've been working on 200gr RN and 250gr RN loads also. It really doesn't kick much more than my Marlin 444 and 265gr handloads.
If you have any problems grouping with your rifle put an O-ring on the barrel forend stud and it will free float the barrel. Mine was shooting inconsistent until I did that.
Lots of other tips and tricks on the Graybeard Outdoors H&R forums.
The only thing I don't like about the CVA Optima rifles is the barrel unlatch lever gets bumped on stuff when slung over the shoulder opening the gun and dumping your round in the nearest available mudhole.
Academy has the guns and ammo.
