My son is a guard at the Tomb of Unknowns in Arlington Cemetery. A close friend of his who is a fellow Tomb sentinel was killed in Afghanistan yesterday by an IED. My son posted this info on facebook a few hours ago. Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers. Fine young men are still making the ultimate sacrifice while we enjoy peace and freedom. (the 528 is Sgt Dickmeyer's tomb badge #)

"The fellowship, that is being a Tomb Guard, has lost a brother in action today in Afghanistan. It's because of men like him that we sleep well in our beds tonight. God Bless you Adam Dickmeyer, may you rest well. A soldier never dies until they're forgotten. Tomb Guards never forget. You and your family are in our hearts in this troubling time. Line six, 528"
