My friend was having a blond/beer moment and left her purse on a bench outside of a bar. As luck would have it a surveillance camera caught the guy in action.
The guy being interviewed (in the red shirt) & I have been best friends for about 46 years. As a matter of fact he & the blond were the couple who stayed with me while I was having some vascular work done in a N.O. hospital, a few months back.
(leVieux, I think that you may have met them. I'm not sure, I was kinda out of it at the time. lol)
The FBI out of Denver & about 4 biker clubs out of La. are on the hunt for the creep.
There is a $12,000 reward out for the perv/perp.
