What stock options do I have with the NPAP as the way that the stock mount is different than my past AK's that I've owned as the tang is gone.

Any help would be great! Thx!

my last AK had screws on top of stock where it met the back of receiver and this one appears to have one going all the way thru stock.... Sound right? I like the magpul but when I watch the videos on them it's different from what I have.

does yours have the slant cut receiver or does it have the bolt through the stock?

ace or canis for either style receiver.
if the bolt through then you can check apex gun parts for the stock, buttpad and long bolt

Ace adaptors can help. Got to the ACE website.

That's what I was hoping! Just didn't know which adapter.

Agreed on the Krebs adapter. More adjustment and better overall fit imo. I run that with the DPF Skeleton stock on an OPAP. I'll post a pic when I get home.

Seem to recall something about the NPAP needing to be filed down to fit an adapter plate. Could be wrong though.

Filed down to fit around rivets in rear of receiver.... Thx for pic when you get a chance!

    That's what it was.

I had some old pics saved online that I forgot about. This was how it was setup 2 years ago.

Little better photo. Forgot I ran some paracord around the stock. It gets cold against the cheek in the winter! Otherwise, it's a great shooter. I took the red dot and ultimak rail off and went back to irons.

Not to derail the thread but you are better off selling it and buying a nicer AK, the PAP's are only one step above the CAI and IO guns but not as good as as WASR. Receivers are very soft, bolts and carriers are soft, and takes non standard parts.

    Would recommend upgrading guns.

You didn't say that at the shop when I was buying it..... But should do everything I need it to do tho.

    Incorrect sir.

    A Yugo PAP =/= OPAP =/= NPAP.

    What part?
