ak front sight options

I'm looking for front sight post replacement options. I don't think I like the sight picture when there's a dark background or in low light. It's hard to line up. Maybe I just need more practice.

NEGATIVE, while those are good options, FO usually works great when you have light, in a low light case you would need something like a TFO and not the regular FO.

If I was in you shoes I would replace for this, that way you have day light option and night sight at the same time, this is IMPOSSIBLE to miss.

I like the XS Big Dot front with a widened U-notch standard rear. Super quick acquisition and you can't miss it. I have noticed long range accurate shots have suffered slightly, but that's probably just me not having enough trigger time with the setup. I don't really plan on using the AK as a long range gun anyway.

A good alternative would be the other XS front sight post with a standard rear.
